Karl Lagerfeld for Macy’s

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

Despite a poor experience collaborating with H&M in the early 2000s, designer Karl Lagerfeld is giving a diffusion line another whirl. This time around, Lagerfeld teams with MACY*S for a 45-piece collection of womenswear in the $50-70 price range. Designs are mainly tailored and office-appropriate, such as speckled tweed coats and shift dresses, with requisite imitation leather separates and a few tees emblazoned with Lagerfeld’s likeness thrown in for good measure. View the entire collection, which hits stores on August 31st, on The Cut.
